Class Schedule

Monday: 10 am Adult Ballet

Wednesday: 10 am Tai Chi

10 am Yoga. is paused for now

Saturday: 10 am Chair Ballet

10:30 am Adult Ballet


Most classes can be modified to accommodate all fitness levels. Please wear clothes you are comfortable moving in and bring water to drink during class.

Participation in all exercise classes is at your own risk and you should consulate a physician if you have any questions about your ability to participate in class.
