Join us for a variety of accessible exercise classes!

All classes are at the Gilford Butler Center unless otherwise specified.

 
 
 

Class Schedule

Monday: 9 am Adult Ballet

Tuesday: 10:30 am Exercise Class at People’s United Methodist Church

Wednesday: 9 am Tai Chi, 10 am Yoga, starting January 7, 2026

Friday: 10:30 am Chair Exercise Class at People’s United Methodist Church

Saturday: 9 am Chair Ballet, 9:30 am Adult Ballet


Most classes can be modified to accommodate all fitness levels. Please wear clothes you are comfortable moving in and bring water to drink during class.

Participation in all exercise classes is at your own risk and you should consulate a physician if you have any questions about your ability to participate in class.
