Join us for a variety of accessible exercise classes!
All classes are at the Gifford Butler Center unless otherwise specified.
Class Schedule
Monday: 9am Adult Ballet, 10am Pilates, 5:30pm Yoga
Tuesday: 10:30am Exercise Class at People’s United Methodist Church
Wednesday: 9am Tai Chi
Friday: 10:30am Chair Exercise Class at People’s United Methodist Church
Saturday: 9am Chair Ballet, 9:30 Adult Ballet
Most classes can be modified to accommodate all fitness levels. Please wear clothes you are comfortable moving in and bring water to drink during class.
Participation in all exercise classes is at your own risk and you should consulate a physician if you have any questions about your ability to participate in class.
